Obviously, it is too soon to determine whether Beckham has contracted COVID-19 or not. Nevertheless, the Browns are being cautious, and this could put Beckham's status in doubt for Sunday.
Cleveland has still had a tough time getting Beckham involved in the passing game this year, though Stefanski has found a way to incorporate some gadget plays for the former Pro Bowler.
Beckham rushed for a touchdown on an end-around that essentially sealed a win for the Browns in Week 4 against the Dallas Cowboys. He even tossed an 18-yard completion in the team's Week 5 win over the Indianapolis Colts.

The Browns have won each of their last four games after a Week 1 drubbing at the hands of the Baltimore Ravens. Stefanski has installed a heavy diet of runs early, though Cleveland's backfield took a hit when Nick Chubb was placed on injured reserve after suffering a knee injury in Week 4.
Cleveland's win over Indianapolis was particularly impressive. The Colts came into the contest with the top defense in the league, but the Browns' own defense limited Indy to just over 300 total yards and also had a pair of takeaways, one of which went for a touchdown.
The Browns will hope to keep the momentum rolling against the undefeated Steelers, though it remains to be seen whether Beckham will be active or not.
