The Cowboys were almost able to sneak in a touchdown off of a punt return late in the second quarter. After catching the punt, wideout Cedrick Wilson was able to launch a lateral pass to C.J. Goodwin, who returned the return for a ridiculous 83 yards before falling short of the end zone.

There's been much speculation, mostly in light humor, as to if the Cowboys could pull off a stunning, earth-shattering victory over the undefeated Pittsburgh Steelers. It seems that through most of the first half that the Cowboys intend to make truth out of the doubters in Week 9. They currently own a 2-6 record and are second in the NFC East, tied with the Washington Football Team.
Even so, the Cowboys won't be able to let off the gas against the Steelers due to a simple lead. The Steelers remain the only undefeated team in the NFL, and won't look to make things easy on a lowly Cowboys squad.
