The Green Bay Packers are set to take on the Dallas Cowboys in a huge Week 5 matchup. Both teams are coming into the game with a 3-1 record and are coming off of tough Week 4 losses. These two teams have had some impressive games against each other in the past and there is a good chance that it will happen again this week.

Aaron Rodgers and Dak Prescott are going to be a fun quarterback matchup to watch. Rodgers is coming off of a huge week in a rough loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, while Prescott had received some MVP hype before coming up with a loss against Teddy Bridgewater and the New Orleans Saints.

Green Bay also sports a much-improved defense and the Cowboys have quite a bit of talent on the defensive side of the football as well.

Matt LaFleur and Jason Garrett are also going to be an intriguing duel to watch. The rookie head coach has had consistency issues on offense, but he is also expected to be the NFL's next offensive genius. Garrett came into the offseason with rumors of being on the hot seat, but is a very good coach himself.

All of that being said, let's dive in and take a look at four reasons the Packers will come out victorious to improve to 4-1 on the season.

4. The Pass Rush Is Getting Some Help

Mike Pettine has had one of the top pass rushes in the NFL this season and they are going to get some help this week. No, the Packers have not made any addition on the defensive side of the ball outside of claiming linebacker Tim Williams on waivers, but the Cowboys are going to be missing a key piece of their offensive line.

Tyron Smith has been ruled out for this week's game. He is the cornerstone of the Dallas offensive line and the Packers will take advantage of his absence.

3. Aaron Jones Is Ready To Be A Workhorse

With Jamaal Williams being out this week, the Packers are going to turn to Aaron Jones to have a big game. He is more than ready for that role.

Jones has been very vocal about being ready to be an every down running back this week. Dallas isn't a bad defense, but Green Bay should be able to get their running game going. Another 100-yard performance could very well be in the cards for Jones this week.

2. Green Bay Has Wide Receiver Help Coming

There is a good chance that Davante Adams won't play this week as he recovers from a toe injury. Despite his likely absence, the Packers have some help coming at the wide receiver position.

Rodgers and company were still able to move the football when Adams went down last week against the Eagles. Now, they will be getting Jake Kumerow back in the lineup. Kumerow has received a ton of hype in Green Bay and Rodgers loves throwing to him, which could result in a more potent offense.

1. Aaron Rodgers Is Due For Another Big Game In Dallas

Finally, Aaron Rodgers has always taken joy in having big games against the Cowboys. He is due for another this week, even without his favorite target on the field.

Rodgers finally had a breakout performance last week against the Eagles, completing 34 of his 53 pass attempts for 422 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception. He is going to have another big game this week. When everything is said and done, Rodgers will have another 300-yard performance and another two or three touchdowns.
