Fox Sports personality Colin Cowherd seems to think that Alabama head coach Nick Saban wouldn't be an ideal candidate for the Green Bay Packers.
The Packers are prepared to entire a crucial offseason after the final two weeks of the regular season, as the front office will have to find a permanent replacement for Mike McCarthy.
And, naturally, one name that will continue to come up in NFL coaching searches is Saban considering how much success he's had during his tenure with the Crimson Tide.
But Cowherd believes that Saban to Green Bay would be the wrong move for both parties.
Here's what he had to say about the Packers' coaching situation and why he thinks Saban wouldn't work:
Nick Saban would be a lousy fit in Green Bay with Aaron Rodgers…

No matter who Green Bay decides to turn to, what's more obvious than anything is that the organization has to get it right.
Having a talent like Aaron Rodgers under center gives the Packers plenty of opportunities to have success, which we've seen throughout the years. So, Green Bay can't afford to rush this hire and pick the wrong guy.
The expectations at this point are clear, and with the team likely about to miss the playoffs in consecutive seasons, the Packers will need to win right away when the new coach steps on the sidelines.
As for this year's team, they will try to keep their slim playoff chances intact when they hit the road to take on the New York Jets on Saturday.
After that, Rodgers and company will finish the regular season against the Detroit Lions in Week 17.
