Patrick Mahomes was at the center of the miraculous comeback for the Kansas City Chiefs and it was more than just his play on the field that rallied the team. After the Chiefs dug themselves into an early hole, Mahomes fired up his teammates with a passionate speech that sparked the comeback.

The Chiefs quickly fell down to the Houston Texans 24-0 and many were ready to write the Chiefs off. But in a snap of his finger, Mahomes tossed four touchdowns in the second quarter to give Kansas City a lead heading into halftime.

In addition, the Chiefs would continue to score 41 unanswered points to secure a double-digit lead in the second half. Of course, Kansas City would run away with the game as they ended up prevailing over the Texans 51-31.

Without a doubt, Patrick Mahomes is a special player with his ability to make any throw on the field. However, the second-year quarterback is proving to be more than just a leader with his passing abilities.
