The Kansas City Chiefs have had no problem imposing their will on the Chicago Bears during their primetime matchup in Week 16. In case anyone else needed a reminder of what could have been, quarterback Patrick Mahomes was more than willing to oblige.
Mahomes and the Chiefs' offense put the finishing touches on another successful touchdown drive to secure a comfortable 23-3 lead in the fourth quarter. He took the opportunity to count out to ten to represent where he was taken in the 2017 NFL Draft, via ESPN:

It is no secret that one of the biggest storylines in this showdown is how Chicago opted to trade up one spot to take quarterback Mitchell Trubisky with the No. 2 overall pick in the same draft as Mahomes and Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson. Fans are now seeing the result of a botched decision made by the front office.
Mahomes has established himself as one of the NFL's elite quarterbacks and remains the reigning MVP until the 2019 NFL season comes to a close. More importantly, he managed to lead the Chiefs to an AFC title game in his first full season as a starter and is looking to finish the job this time around.
Meanwhile, the Bears are left with some rather glaring questions in the midst of an underwhelming year by Trubisky. While he was able to show some flashes of promise, it is safe to say that the gap between his development compared to that of other young quarterbacks in the league continues to add salt to the wound for fans in Chicago.
