When the Honey Badger strikes, they do so with vengeance. That's exactly what Kansas City Chiefs safety Tyrann Mathieu, aka the Honey Badger, did as he managed to disrupt the Los Angeles Chargers offense with an impressive interception.
Philip Rivers made the ill-advised pass as the situation saw them standing at 3rd-and-8. The veteran QB had no choice but to pass the ball because the Chiefs were coming in hot with their improved pass rush.

However, that pass was a tad bit slow as Mathieu managed to get to the ball quick enough.
What makes the interception all the more impressive was the run that happened after the pick. He ran the ball from the 40-yard line all the way to within the ten. That gave the offense more than enough room to make the first touchdown of the international tilt.
