Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Stefon Diggs returned to practice on Thursday, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Media. Diggs was dealing with an illness earlier in the week, but it appears he should be ready to go for Saturday's game against the San Francisco 49ers.

Pelissero also added that Adam Thielen was at practice, but not participating as he deals with an ankle injury. Thielen suffered a bad cut on his ankle that required stitches. It still looks like he should be able to go on Saturday, but it's not a guarantee.

Thielen said he is going to do whatever it takes so he can be on the field and hopefully lead the Vikings to another big upset.

“Yeah, you know how it is,” Thielen said on NFL Network's Good Morning Football. “I just got a little tangled up in practice but I'm going to do whatever it takes — it's playoffs. I'll do whatever it takes to be out there on Saturday with my teammates and try to help this team win.”

The Vikings need both Diggs and Thielen healthy for the 49ers matchup because both guys perform better when the other is on the field. Against the Saints, Diggs only had two catches for 19 yards, but he was consistently being double-teamed and that opened up the field for the rest of the receivers.

On the season, Diggs has 63 catches for 1,130 yards and six touchdowns. If Thielen isn't able to go, it's going to put a lot of extra pressure on Diggs.
