The Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens meet for one of the biggest games of the 2025-26 season. Both teams are 6-6, and each has a chance to win the AFC North division, even with a loss this weekend.
The Steelers will enter this contest a bit banged up, as Aaron Rodgers and T.J. Watt missed practice on Wednesday.
“Steelers LB T.J. Watt, who got stepped on late in Sunday's game, did not practice today because of a toe injury. QB Aaron Rodgers (left wrist) and LB Patrick Queen (glute) also didn't practice.”
Rodgers was slammed hard to the ground on a sack by Buffalo Bills edge rusher Joey Bosa. He also hurt his wrist during the game. It's been a rough season for the Steelers, who seem unable to find any consistency. Pittsburgh recently claimed receiver Adam Thielen off waivers from the Minnesota Vikings. This move is to try and give the offense another veteran presence to try and find a way. Thielen doesn't have many years left in him, but with the core the Steelers currently have, he has a serious shot to play.
T.J. Watt still has fewer sacks in 2024 and 2025 than he did in 2023, when he finished with 19. It's been frustrating for him, dealing with more double teams than anyone in the sport. A random toe injury now adds to the frustration. If the Steelers are down Watt in this game against the Ravens, they are in deep trouble. He still has two days to practice ahead of this game, so stay tuned for his status for Sunday.
