The San Francisco 49ers suffered a couple of injuries on offense in their blowout win over the New England Patriots on Sunday and there's now an update on their statuses. Following Sunday's victory, Kyle Shanahan revealed the timetables for Deebo Samuel and Jeff Wilson Jr., per ESPN's Nick Wagoner.

During San Francisco's Week 7 bout with New England, both Samuel and Wilson made early exits for the 49ers. Samuel would suffer a hamstring injury that would sideline him for the rest of the game.

On the other hand, Wilson — who had quite the performance for the 49ers on the ground — sustained an ankle ailment in the second half. Before leaving the game, Wilson rushed for 112 yards on 17 carries and found the end zone three times.

After undergoing tests, Samuel has been discovered to have a hamstring strain. Shanahan uttered that he'll miss the 49ers' Week 8 contest with the Seattle Seahawks. Shanahan also said that it's likely he's sidelined for the Week 9 battle with the Green Bay Packers as well.

As for Wilson, Shanahan said that the backup running back will be headed to injured reserve later this week. Once he's placed on injured reserve, Wilson will be the third running back on the 49ers that are currently on injured reserve. Besides Wilson, Raheem Mostert and Tevin Coleman are both on the team's reserve list due to injuries.

Through the first seven weeks, Shanahan has had to configure ways to drum up offense with a shorthanded roster. And with Samuel and Wilson expected to miss time, Shanahan will have to do more of the same as the 49ers head into a tough part of their schedule.
