If you want to watch the San Francisco 49ers in the playoffs be ready to fork over some serious cash. The Niners won't know their opponent until Sunday afternoon, but the demand for tickets has already driven up the price on secondary markets.

According to Ticketmaster, via the Sacramento Bee, the average cost of a ticket for the Niners January 11th game is $506.

The following is the list of average ticket prices for the remaining games.

WILD CARD ROUND:

Texans: $246

Patriots: $288

Saints: $324

Eagles: $356

DIVISIONAL ROUND:

Chiefs: $252

Packers: $314

Ravens: $463

49ers: $506

The Niners have the top seed in the NFC, which means they will be able to play each game at home leading into the Super Bowl. The 49ers first game will be played between the lowest remaining seed between the Minnesota Vikings, Philadelphia Eagles, and Seattle Seahawks.

The 49ers could also be getting a boost for the defense with linebacker Kwon Alexander returning to practice. Kyle Shanahan said he didn't expect him back for the divisional round, but he could be back for the NFC Championship game.

“He's coming along,” Shanahan said via ESPN. “There's definitely going to be a chance. I don't think that will be this week, but if we're fortunate enough to win our first game, I think he could have a chance after that. We're still holding out hope for that, but we'll see how it goes over these next couple weeks.

Hopefully for the Niners fans that pay the big price to get into the door, the team can deliver a few victories.
