The Indiana Pacers will be one of the less busy teams once free agency opens this Sunday, but they also have key players who are set to hit the market. One of which is sharpshooting all-around forward Bojan Bogdanovic.

Bogdanovic is an unrestricted free agent, and according to reports, the Pacers know that they will have a lot of competition for the 30-year-old veteran. Indiana is keeping their fingers crossed that Bojan will return to the team, according to a report by ESPN's Zach Lowe.

Bogdanovic averaged 14.3 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.5 assists. He also shot the ball well with a 47 percent clip from the field and 40 percent from beyond the arc. He's one of the main reasons why the Pacers made the playoffs in back-to-back seasons and they will definitely need him as they wait for the return of All-Star guard Victor Oladipo.

But Bogdanovic could be at the point in his career where he would like to have a legitimate shot at winning a championship, and as promising as the Pacers are, they're not title contenders just yet. Even with Oladipo playing 100 percent, Indy isn't expected to get past teams like the Milwaukee Bucks, Toronto Raptors, or Philadelphia 76ers.

The Los Angeles Lakers could be one of Bogdanovic's suitors, especially if they strike out on the top-tier free agents. Bogdanovic will have a legit title shot with the Purple and Gold if he ends up playing there.

Still, the Pacers believe that Bojan will be considerate enough to give them one last shot, and going back there is still a huge possibility for the veteran forward. But as mentioned, there will be several factors that will be in play regarding his decision in free agency.
