Patrick Mahomes was unstoppable for the Kansas City Chiefs as they easily took down the Baltimore Ravens on Monday Night Football. While putting together a stellar performance, Mahomes made NFL history with his latest career milestone.

The gunslinging quarterback would finish Monday night's game with 385 passing yards and four touchdowns. By throwing 385 passing yards, Mahomes now has 10,310 passing yards in his career, making him the quickest to reach 10,000 yards in league history.

Altogether, it took Mahomes only 34 games to reach 10,000 passing yards in his short but illustrious career thus far. Mahomes broke the record that was previously held by Kurt Warner, who achieved 10,000 passing yards in his first 36 games.

Ever since becoming the starting quarterback for the Chiefs in 2018, Mahomes has been a transcendent player under center. Besides his 10,310 passing yards, he's also already thrown 85 touchdowns and only 18 interceptions.

Above all, he's posted a 27-7 record as a starter, won an NFL MVP award, won a Super Bowl, and Super Bowl MVP before he even turned 25 years old. Mahomes turned 25 years old on September 17, making defensive coordinators realize they have to compile ways to slow him down for plenty more years.

Quarterbacks like Tom Brady, Drew Brees, and Aaron Rodgers have their names plastered across the NFL's record book. Seeing what Mahomes has already accomplished at such a young age, he could be joining them at some point in his career.

Even though the NFL has become a pass-oriented league, it's tough to envision anyone throwing 10,000 yards faster than Mahomes anytime soon.
