The New England Patriots were uncertain if Julian Edelman was going to be able to play on Sunday and listed him as questionable. Despite his questionable designation, Edelman shared a hype-up video on social media, which signals the Super Bowl MVP being active against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Throughout the week, Edelman has been nursing a knee and shoulder injury. The shoulder injury has ailed the veteran pass-catcher over the past couple of weeks.

Edelman has spent a good portion of the season on New England's injury report. Originally, a rib injury against the Buffalo Bills was keeping him from being a full participant in practice.

Nevertheless, with Edelman posting a video on social media, it appears to be another week where he'll be active for the Patriots. That is great news for a Patriots offense that is already desperate for playmakers.

In his 11th season, Edelman has brought in 90 receptions for 1,010 yards and six touchdowns. A touchdown on Sunday against the Bengals would tie his career mark for touchdowns in a season.

The one player who is excited to see Edelman play in Week 15 is Tom Brady. Despite trading for Mohamed Sanu and drafting N'Keal Harry, New England has faltered at the wide receiver position.

Luckily for the Patriots, they draw the 1-12 Bengals in Week 15. It will be a perfect game for the Patriots to get back on track on offense to get themselves ready for the postseason.

With Edelman not being 100 percent, the Patriots could choose to involve the other pass-catchers more often on Sunday.
