The New England Patriots have now secured their 17th consecutive winning season thanks to their 35-17 victory over the Miami Dolphins. However, rather than celebrate, legendary head coach Bill Belichick is making sure that the team is more focused on the task at hand.

In this case, it happens to be a divisional matchup with the Buffalo Bills. Despite the Bills woeful struggles on offense, Belichick is still showing plenty of respect for star running back LeSean McCoy, according to Mike Giardi of NBC Sports:

“A power running game with a back that can, literally, run the ball from sideline to sideline and make four guys miss in a phone booth,” Belichick said. “McCoy can take any play and turn it into a play that doesn't look like any other play you've seen before.”

McCoy has been the lone bright spot in an otherwise disastrous year from the offense. Buffalo made headlines for all the wrong reasons after their failed experiment with quarterback Nathan Peterman.

Through all the quarterback madness, the Bills have maintained a heavy dosage of the five-time Pro Bowler. However, McCoy has been held to under 50 yards in three of their last four games. Meanwhile, the Pats rank near the top-10 defenses in rushing yards allowed per game (115.1).
