Everyone knows that the New England Patriots are the team to beat in the NFL, but only a few teams have been as dominant as the New England Patriots. In fact, they're cruising through the rest of the competition.

They're currently sitting 10-1 after barely taking down a challenging Dallas Cowboys team. NFL Research noted that this win puts them in a different stratosphere in terms of being one of the best teams in the NFL.

The San Francisco 49ers of the 80s and 90s were carried by two iconic quarterbacks in Joe Montana and Steve Young, who combined won seven Super Bowls for the team. Meanwhile, the entire 17-year stretch of dominance from the Patriots only saw one man take control of the pocket: Tom Brady.

Patriots Nation is already celebrating this monumental achievement, but the Pats are far from happy with how they got the win. Brady was able to land a touchdown, but his passing was ineffective as he was only limited to 190 yards by a pesky Cowboys defense. They were able to get by through two field goals that helped secure the game for them.

While it is a disappointing performance for the Pats, former tight end Rob Gronkowski told his former teammates to cheer up.

“He’s so frustrated, too. It’s like, ‘Yo, you guys are 9-1.’ That’s one part I don’t miss about being there. Hand down. I’m not going to lie. I don’t miss that,” Gronkowski said on air before Sunday’s Week 12 games began, via For The Win. “They’re frustrated. They’re 9-1. They win a game against Philly last week. We lost to them two years ago in the Super Bowl. They should be happy. Instead, you’re sitting there Sunday night thinking, ‘What did I do wrong?’ No, that’s not the feeling you should be having. But you won the game. Enjoy it. Go out next week, and build off it.”

This is great advice that the Pats definitely need right now.
