The New England Patriots aren't the dominant team everyone expected they'd be in their Super Bowl title defense this season. Although the Patriots haven't been blowing out teams this year, Tom Brady and company have been doing enough to be sitting at 4-2 with six weeks of the 2017 NFL season in the books.

Along with being two games over .500 after Week 6, the Patriots saw their superstar quarterback make history on Sunday against the division rival New York Jets. Brady now holds the record for most wins by a player at his position, according to Mike Reiss of ESPN.

Tom Brady of the New England Patriots became the NFL's all-time winningest quarterback, notching his 187th career regular-season win in Sunday's 24-17 decision over the New York Jets.

With five Super Bowl titles and an endless list of individual accolades, Brady continues to strengthen his case to be the greatest NFL quarterback of all time. The Patriots star keeps going strong at 40 years old, and although New England may have a tough time repeating, no one will count them out as they always seem to find a way to win and prove their doubters wrong.

As the Patriots enjoy their win over their bitter division rivals, Brady and company will now have to prepare for a Super Bowl rematch with Matt Ryan's Atlanta Falcons in Week 7. New England will host the Falcons next week as part of a two-game homestand in which they'll face the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 8 before heading into their bye in Week 9.
