Tom Brady was present at the Super Bowl this year, but not as a participant. Instead, Brady was being honored as one of the top 100 players in NFL history.

But Brady is already looking forward to next season, and he says that come February 2021, he will be back at the Super Bowl … as a player:

“I’m not wearing a blazer to the Super Bowl next year,” Brady wrote in an Instagram story on Wednesday.

Of course, Brady did not specify which team he envisions going to the Super Bowl with. While answering a series of questions from fans in Instagram videos, he merely stared at the camera without uttering a word when someone asked where he would be playing next season.

There has been a whole lot of speculation about where Brady will land this offseason. Some feel he will remain with the New England Patriots. Others have mentioned the Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Chargers, and Las Vegas Raiders as possibilities.

The smart money is probably on Brady returning to the Patriots, and the fact that he thinks he will be playing in the Super Bowl next year is an indication of that, as he almost certainly isn't contending for a championship with any of those other clubs.

But you never know.

The 42-year-old is coming off of a season in which he threw for 4,057 yards, 24 touchdowns, and eight interceptions while completing 60.8 percent of his passes and posting a passer rating of 88, missing the Pro Bowl for the first time since tearing his ACL in 2008.
