It has been over two months since the New England Patriots defeated the Los Angeles Rams for their sixth Super Bowl championship, but Tom Brady still has remnants of the victory in his helmet:

The best part of this is Brady asking if the Patriots kept the rest of the confetti.

Brady is coming off of one of the most trying seasons of his NFL career. All year long, Brady heard the chatter about the much-discussed “cliff” finally arriving, and that chatter only got louder later in the season when Brady was struggling.

Overall, the 41-year-old threw for 4,355 yards, 29 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions while completing 65.8 percent of his passes and registering a passer rating of 97.7 en route to a Pro Bowl appearance.

Those are hardly bad numbers, but Brady simply did not look like the Brady of old through most of the 2018 campaign.

However, once the playoffs arrived, Brady turned it on, putting in a couple of virtuoso performances and leading the Patriots to a game-winning overtime drive against the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game to put New England in the Super Bowl.

You know the rest of the story, as the Patriots went on to defeat the Rams by a score of 13-3.

Now, there is talk about whether or not the 2019 season will be Brady's last. The future Hall-of-Famer is turning 42 years old this summer, and logic dictates that at some point, Brady will begin to seriously decline.

But one thing is for sure: Brady has had no problems in beating Father Time thus far.
