One of the biggest sporting events this summer is the highly anticipated boxing match between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Connor McGregor later this month. Their fans, as well as athletes from different sports, are already looking forward to seeing both champions square off in the ring, as it has also been very much hyped.

The undefeated boxer held a public workout recently which drew a large crowd inside the Mayweather Boxing Club. One of them that watched him prepare for the big fight was New Orleans Pelicans center DeMarcus Cousins, who didn’t mind being in the middle of the people in attendance, acting like a normal fan. He watched Mayweather working on the standing speedball, as well as the punching bag, that showed his impressive form ahead of the main event.

Before the session, Cousins never showed who he is supporting for the mega fight, but after seeing him attend it, and being left in awe with Money Mayweather's boxing skills, there's no doubt now who he will be rooting for.

The bout is scheduled on Aug. 26 inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Considered one of the best fighters of all time, Mayweather will be putting his 49-0 record on the line against the two-division UFC champion, in his first professional boxing match. Many think of the fight as the biggest test to Mayweather's dominance throughout his career, and if there's anything certain at this point, millions of fans all over the world will watch it unfold, including NBA players like DeMarcus Cousins.
