New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson added another sickening poster jam to his ever-growing NBA highlight reel. Sadly for Sacramento Kings forward Chimezie Metu, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was on the receiving end of that nasty highlight.

In the final minute of the first quarter of the match between the two teams at Golden 1 Center on Sunday, Williamson sized up Metu near the baseline and left him in the dust with a gorgeous jab step. As fans all know by now, the 6-foot-6 freak of nature just needs a little space to get on his launching pad. The Pelicans star took off but Metu still tried to challenge him at the top.

That's usually a recipe for disaster for Williamson's defenders. Here's the end result:

The former Duke standout got to his strong left hand and detonated on top of the poor Kings' reserve for arguably a dunk of the year candidate. The Pelicans got all fired up after the play as they held on to the lead after the first 12 minutes.

Zion Williamson has been enjoying a strong start in his sophomore campaign for NOLA so far, registering 21.8 points, 8.5 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.2 steals in his first 10 games.
