Former Washington Football Team quarterback Robert Griffin III is working on writing a book that will reportedly detail all of the dysfunction and mismanagement of the franchise.

NBC Sports' Micheal David Smith broke down the angle of the book.

Robert Griffin III won the Heisman Trophy at Baylor for the 2011 season. He was then drafted by the Washington Football Team in 2012 NFL Draft. Griffin had an incredible rookie season, setting the league on fire. He won the Offensive Rookie of the Year Award.

Griffin unfortunately suffered from a LCL and ACL tear in his right knee during a home playoff game against the Seattle Seahawks in 2013. Despite his injury, he was put back into the game and continued to play until his knee gave out in the fourth quarter.

That ended up being only the beginning of injuries he sustained as a member of the team. He also dislocated an ankle and received multiple concussions.

Apparently, Griffin is bitter with how he was treated. It was announced Tuesday that Griffin is writing his “tell-all book” detailing the dysfunctional organization. That specifically relates to the “the shocking mismanagement and toxic culture within the most dysfunctional professional football team in America.”

Griffin dives into the medical mismanagement of his injuries. He also gets into the sexual harassment scandal that has engulfed the team in controversy.

It had been reported that Griffin was looking to attempt a comeback to the NFL, with the Washington Football Team as a potential option. Safe to say, that will not happen.
