Even with the good start his team has had this season, Mike D'Antoni is still not satisfied with it, and is expecting more from the Houston Rockets despite being atop of the Western Conference standings at 8-3.

With their next two games against the Cleveland Cavaliers and Memphis Grizzlies, the Rockets efficiency on both ends of the floor will be put to the test. It will also give the Rockets a chance to further improve as well, as D'Antoni wants them to be ranked in the top five on defense, similar to where their offense is at this point, according to Jonathan Feigen of The Houston Chronicle.

While much of their early success is attributed to the strong play of James Harden, the Rockets have also been receiving a lot of contributions from their other players who have been stepping up as of recent games.

Other starters like Eric Gordon, Trevor Ariza, and Clint Capela have all been playing well, and have made it possible to top the standings as they do now.

Chris Paul nearing his return will make the Rockets an even more dangerous and tough team to beat. His excellent defense will give them a huge boost, which should live up to D'Antoni's expectations, and could make them the only team in the league ranked in the top five on both ends of the floor.
