Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr says Houston Rockets superstar shooting guard James Harden is “one of the best 1-on-1 players ever.”

That's high praise coming from Kerr, who played with the greatest player of all-time in Michael Jordan, and is currently coaching Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry.

In 63 games this season for the Rockets, James Harden has been nothing short of spectacular. The reigning MVP single-handedly brought Houston from the 14th spot in the Western Conference standings to the third spot with his record-breaking scoring spree.

Harden is averaging 36.2 points per game on the season. That's first in the NBA. The seven-time All-Star is also averaging 6.5 rebounds and 7.5 assists while shooting 43.6 percent from the field, 35.9 percent from beyond the arc and 87.9 percent from the free-throw line.

The Beard has 25 double-doubles and six triple-doubles on the season. Harden has scored over 50 points six times this season. He scored a whopping 61 points on Jan. 23 against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden as well.

The Rockets are 3-0 against the Warriors this season. Harden is putting up 35.5 points versus Golden State. He missed the previous game due to injury, but Houston was still able to win.

Steve Kerr knows it's pretty much impossible to stop Harden from scoring at will. The 53 year old coach is not looking forward to matching up with Harden on Wednesday.

It's going to be fun to see how many points Harden scores against the Dubs this time.
