Video: James Harden reacts to Draymond Green trying to help him up after block

The Golden State Warriors are in enemy territory for Game 7 of the Western Conference finals against the Houston Rockets. The atmosphere is definitely different in a game like this in which both teams involved are in a win-or-go-home predicament. The series has also gotten so long that players from the two sides have developed some degree of animosity, including the pair of Draymond Green and James Harden.

The hostility between the two players was on full display again in the third quarter of Monday’s matchup when James Harden refused to accept Green’s offer to help the leading MVP candidate get up from the floor. This came after Harden was blocked and fouled on his way to the basket with a little over six minutes remaining in the said period.

This was not the first time the two had a brush in the series. In fact, right in the opening minute of Game 1 of this conference finals, Draymond Green shoved Harden to set the tone of how the rest of the series would go.

Harden must also be feeling the pressure of this game, as the Rockets are without the services of his backcourt running mate in Chris Paul, who is out with a hamstring injury.
