When it comes to Houston Rockets forward Ryan Anderson, there have been plenty of frustrating stretches this season in terms of efficiently shooting the basketball. How did he take out some of that frustration on Friday night? He threw down a vicious one-handed slam dunk right in the face of Phoenix Suns center Alex Len.

During the fourth quarter of Friday night's game between the Rockets and Suns at Talking Stick Resort Arena, Anderson took a pass from small forward P.J. Tucker and immediately attacked the paint. With Len waiting underneath the basket, Anderson greeted the Suns center with a massive posterization that got the Rockets bench on their feet and buzzing.

Rockets superstar James Harden, who missed his sixth straight game on Friday due to a nagging hamstring injury, could barely contain his excitement after Anderson dropped the hammer on Len. Even the Rockets' AT&T SportsNet announcers Craig Ackerman and Matt Bullard can barely believe what they just saw, giving him the nickname of Ryan Flyin' Anderson after such a surprising dunk.

For the second time this season, the Rockets pounded the Suns at Talking Stick Resort Arena en route to a 112-95 victory, which improved the club's record to 30-11. Anderson finished with 18 points on 6-of-12 shooting from the field, to go along with seven rebounds and two steals.

Houston has now won three straight games and will have a couple days off before they take on the L.A. Clippers on Monday night at Staples Center.
