Roman Atwood is best known for his prank vlogs. His most viral videos include turning his house into a ball pit and pranking his then-girlfriend on their five-year anniversary. Due to the nature of his videos, he has garnered mixed reactions for some of his uploads. Atwood last uploaded on his RomanAtwood channel in April 2016. Since then, he has transitioned from purely posting prank videos to focusing on vlogs featuring his daily life. With this said, much of his videos include his wife Brittney and his four children.

Brittney Atwood was born Brittney Smith on February 16, 1991. Just like her future husband Roman Atwood, Smith was born in Ohio. After she graduated high school, Smith worked as a dental assistant. She grew up with her older sister, Veronica, who dated and eventually married YouTuber Chase Gilroy. Gilroy, as it would turn out, was best friends with Atwood.

While Brittney attended her sister and Chase's wedding in September 2009, she met Chase's best man. And who else could it be but her future husband? At the time, Roman was waiting for his divorce to be finalized after his then-wife, Shanna Riley, had cheated on him. Before ending their marriage, they had one son, Noah Vaughn, born October 2004.

Brittney and Roman quickly hit it off and started dating that same year. They have been together since then. In a 2015 Instagram post celebrating their sixth year as a couple, Smith gushed about Atwood.

Throughout their relationship, Smith has been featured in many of her husband's most-viewed prank videos and vlogs. In November 2013, Atwood published a video titled “Anniversary Prank Backfires!!” where he tried to prank Smith by confessing that he had cheated on her. However, Smith spotted the camera beforehand and decided to prank Atwood back. Smith revealed at the end of the video that she expected a proposal. The video remains one of Atwood's most popular uploads, garnering over 90 million views as of February 2022.

A year after, he filmed himself throwing a mannequin while pretending it was their son Kane. Kane Alexander was born on October 23, 2011, and is the couple's first child together. Smith broke down in tears, and later told Atwood off. Despite garnering mixed reactions, with some saying it was “too cruel,” the video is currently sitting at over 50 million views.

Five years later in November 2016, the couple announced that they were having a second child. In February 2017, Brittney gave birth to Cora, their first daughter.

The couple also adopted a German Shepard back in 2010. They eventually named him Zeus. In February 2017, Smith and Atwood shared the heartbreaking news that Zeus had died at seven years old.

Smith has been the central subject to a number of her husband's vlogs numerous times. In 2018, Smith underwent breast augmentation surgery and publicly shared her journey through a video published on her husband's channel.

After almost a decade of dating, Smith and Atwood got engaged in April 2018. The happy couple got married in July 2018 in Maui, Hawaii.

In early 2021, Roman published a video titled “Welcome To The World,” where the couple revealed that their son was born on January 6, 2021, several days before the public announcement.

Aside from appearing in her husband's YouTube vlogs, Smith is quite active on social media and has quite a following of her own. With more than 1,000 posts on Instagram, she has amassed more than 2.7 million followers. She mostly publishes photos and reels of her family and other daily experiences. Smith is known to live an active lifestyle and also posts various fitness activities, from biking to doing headstands. She is also occasionally active on Twitter, where she has gained 1.2 million followers. Smith regularly posts on TikTok as well. As of February 2022, she has over 900,000 followers and 10.9 million likes.

After more than a decade, it seems Smith and Atwood are still going strong.
