Los Angeles Lakers point guard Russell Westbrook was incredibly pissed when Oklahoma City Thunder forward Darius Bazley broke the “unwritten rules” in the NBA. With 4.0 seconds remaining and the game basically over with, Bazley stole the inbounds pass from the Lakers and went straight in for the dunk. Westbrook didn't appreciate Bazley's exclamation point jam and got in the 21-year old's face. The 9-time All-Star's continuous chirping warranted an ejection right before the final buzzer.

It's understandable why the 2016-17 NBA MVP was upset, especially since his Lakers blew a huge lead and lost to a young and unproven Thunder squad. Los Angeles, including Westbrook, put on an embarrassing effort and Bazley further rubbed salt on the wound with that dunk. With Westbrook's latest on-court outrage, let's take a look at his most pissed-off moments on the court. Here are five of them.

Russell Westbrook Pissed Off Moments, Ranked

5. Getting into it with Stephen Curry and the Warriors

Games between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Golden State Warriors always had some tension, especially after Kevin Durant bolted OKC and signed with the Bay Area squad. This particular Westbrook episode happened in a late regular season game versus the Dubs, the first year after KD made the move to Golden State. The Thunder were down huge in this outing that Durant did not even play in.

While positioning himself during a jumpball situation, Stephen Curry got tangled up with Semaj Christon. The Warriors superstar appeared to be getting to his spot when Christon shoved him. Curry took exception and the altercation ensued, with Westbrook right in the middle of it.

As you can see below, Russell Westbrook wasn't the one who actually started the shoving match. But the Long Beach, California native is someone who stands up and fights beside the soldiers he goes to war with and he made sure to be there for them in that situation.

Westbrook and Curry are actually good buddies off the court. But when that basketball is live in the air, friendships are out the window for the former league MVP.

4. One of the many altercations with Patrick Beverley

Westbrook's beef with Patrick Beverley is well-documented. The two point guards have been going at it for nearly a decade now, up to this day. In this particular spat, Westbrook already signaled for a timeout when Beverley took a rather unnecessary swipe at the ball after the whistle had already been blown. Obviously, the former Thunder superstar didn't appreciate Beverley's actions and let him know about it with all his fury. The referees issued the former Rockets point guard a technical foul for the second motion.

3. Russell Westbrook and, of course, Kevin Durant

When Kevin Durant left Oklahoma City and went to Golden State, it was clear Russell Westbrook had a major problem with his former partner's move. The two went back-and-forth at each other multiple times throughout KD's tenure with the Dubs, even a year after Durant signed. This particular one happened in an early regular season game during the 2017-18 season, just five months after Durant won his first title with the Warriors.

After Westbrook made a nice defensive play on his ex-teammate, the two started chirping at each other. The trash-talking could have certainly gone worse, especially after Durant and Westbrook went forehead to forehead. Things eventually got under control, but Durant and Westbrook received double-techs for their altercation. Obviously, the competitive juices between the two stars were at an all-time high, especially with Oklahoma City still feeling bitter about KD's move.

Durant and Westbrook have since patched things up. But whenever these two share the floor, fireworks will still be bound to happen, especially now that they are on the opposite sides of the two favorites to win this year's NBA championship.

2. The one that ignited the beef with Patrick Beverley

It isn't surprising that Patrick Beverley appears on this list twice. This particular one that happened in Game 2 of OKC's first round series against the Houston Rockets in the 2013 NBA playoffs is the one that actually started his beef with the defensive point guard.

And it's understandable why Russell Westbrook was very upset with the moment we listed earlier at no. 4. It's because he was reminded of this particular moment when Beverley's unnecessary after-timeout swipe caused a major injury.

Again, Westbrook had already called for timeout when Beverley, the pest that he is, swooped in even after the whistle. The current Minnesota Timberwolves guard's swipe knocked the 9-time All-Star to the ground and Westbrook came up hobbling. The former UCLA standout was visibly upset with what Beverley did and started slamming the scorer's table in frustration. Westbrook ended up tearing his meniscus in that collision with Beverley and missed the entirety of the 2013 postseason thereafter.

1. Infamous spat with disrespectful Utah Jazz fan

The top spot actually happened with Westbrook not playing on the floor, but instead, on the bench with his warmers on. Still, this tirade he had against a Utah Jazz fan in 2019 is undoubtedly the angriest he has been during an NBA game.

As you can see in the NSFW clip below, the former league MVP was clearly ticked off as he threw expletives at the fan. Russell Westbrook revealed after the game that the Jazz supporter apparently hurled “disrespectful” and “racial” comments toward him. The 9-time All-Star obviously did not let that slide and let him know about it. Westbrook's spat with fans have been well-documented and this is one that just absolutely crossed the line by a mile.

The Jazz organization did the right thing by issuing a permanent ban for that racist fan.
