During Jimmy Butler's Sixers debut Wednesday against the Orlando Magic, the four-time All-Star got on star big man Joel Embiid for not being loud enough on defense.

As we all know, Butler is a very demanding teammate and he wants everyone to work just as hard as him. His leadership style isn't for everyone. It's the main reason why he had beef with teammates with the Chicago Bulls and Minnesota Timberwolves.

Joel Embiid, however, says he liked what Jimmy Butler was telling him and wants his new teammate to continue to push him.

One of the main reasons Jimmy Butler requested a trade from the Minnesota Timberwolves was he had issues with Andrew Wiggins and Karl-Anthony Towns. Some pundits believe Butler is going to clash with Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons in Philadelphia as well since he wants to be the alpha dog of the team.

Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons, though, are built differently than Towns and Wiggins. From the looks of it, it appears Simmons and Embiid can handle constructive criticism and use it to get better. At least, that's what Butler is hoping for.

The Sixers lost to the Magic in Butler's debut with the team. They host the Utah Jazz Friday night and will look to improve to 8-6.
