Charles Barkley has never been afraid to speak his mind. Even though in some cases, his mind is a complete blank.

The NBA legend and TNT host once again participated in the annual “Who He Play For” segment of the award-winning show Inside the NBA. The entertaining game shows the faces of different role players and journeymen and as the title suggests, Barkley has to guess which team they play for.

Only this time, the producers threw a little wrench on Barkley by including new Oklahoma City Thunder coach Mark Daigneault as a bonus question. As expected, Chuck failed after saying—or guessing, to be more apt—that Daigneault is the coach of the Indiana Pacers.

Barkley looked absolutely stumped but also laughed at himself for not knowing who calls the shots for the Thunder.

The team surprisingly replaced Billy Donovan with Daigneault in the offseason despite leading the Thunder to an overachieving run in the NBA Playoffs last season. Led by Chris Paul, Danilo Gallinari, Dennis Schroder, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, the squad took the Houston Rockets to the full route in the first round after losing a tough one in Game 7.

Prior to being named the fourth coach in Thunder history, Daigneault called the shots for the team's G League affiliate, Oklahoma City Blue for five years.

He won his first ever NBA game in their opening assignment against the Charlotte Hornets but has since dropped their last two outings. With the exit of almost the entire core from last season, Daigneault really has his work cut out for him if he wants to lead them back to the postseason.

Then maybe Charles Barkley would recognize him.
