The Oklahoma City Thunder were able to trade punches on the road with the San Antonio Spurs. There is no question point guard Chris Paul made sure to do his part to keep his team in the game.

Paul displayed some nifty moves against point guard Dejounte Murray to finish with the left-handed layup off the glass, via NBA Twitter:

Paul had already made his presence felt by hitting a fallaway three-pointer over forward Rudy Gay at the buzzer in the first quarter. The Thunder veteran then made sure to show Murray just what it takes to be considered an elite point guard in the Western Conference.

The Thunder are still trying to find their footing together amidst all the changes that were made this offseason. It is safe to say that they will continue to rely on big plays from Paul to get them going in such tightly contested games like these.
