Karl-Anthony Towns has spent his entire career with the Minnesota Timberwolves and has been through all the struggles. Now, they're finally on the brink of actually making the playoffs this season if all goes well in the second half, which is certainly to the liking of KAT.
At All-Star Weekend in Cleveland, the Timberwolves star was asked about his future in Minnesota and revealed that he sees himself staying with the organization for a very long time as he continues to grow as a player and a person. Via Streamable:

The Timberwolves core of KAT, Anthony Edwards, and D'Angelo Russell has helped them secure a 31-29 record in the first half, which is good for seventh place in the West. Towns have been a huge piece in Minny for years now and he's in the midst of another fine campaign, averaging 24.4 points, 9.7 rebounds, and 4.4 assists on a 41% clip from downtown.
As we know, the Timberwolves have been pretty brutal for years. But with Edwards as KAT's legitimate running mate, the future suddenly looks bright. There would be absolutely no reason for Towns to jump ship and leave at this point, especially as they near a postseason appearance. It's going to be very exciting to see how Minnesota does on the big stage. No one is expecting them to make any type of deep run, but the Wolves will be ready to prove the doubters wrong.
