Toronto Raptors fever has taken over to the point where the mascot is now crashing city council meetings.
While Mayor John Tory was reading a congratulatory letter for the Raptors following their first playoff series win since 2001, The Raptor crashed the party and proceeded to rub a bald man's head:

There is little doubt that the city of Toronto is excited about the team's success this season. With the team essentially representing not just Toronto, but Canada and the entire region north of the United States, there are high expectations as they engage in their semifinal series versus the Miami Heat.
