Looks like Jett once again got a couple of nerfs, however, Riot clarifies that these are unintentional. On the flip side, VALORANT pros are actually okay with Jett’s accidental nerf.

Just recently, Riot released VALORANT Patch 3.08 which focuses on the game’s quality improvement. What Riot wasn’t expecting from this patch was a couple of bugs that only apply to Jett. On Twitter, the developers go on to explain further details regarding this matter. They mentioned that it takes longer for Jett to equip her weapon after using her Tailwind ability. Also, her Updraft now costs more than usual. However, Riot clearly stated that they had no intentions of adding these nerfs and it’s all just a bug in-game. Sad to say for Jett mains, Riot won’t be releasing a fix for this accidental Jett nerf until the next patch.

Jett mains on social media didn’t take this too lightly. Some found it outrageous that Riot isn’t considering coming up with an immediate fix for the bugs. Some VALORANT pros, on the other hand, think otherwise regarding the situation. Stars such as TenZ and babybay who both main Jett don’t mind the unintended nerfs applied to the agent. In fact, they think that the Jett nerfs are decent and should leave her the way she is now.

All of these pros acknowledge the fact that Jett is the most OP agent in VALORANT today. This is why they think that the unintended nerf actually gives enemy teams a fighting chance against the speed demon. Do you think Riot should revert these changes? We’ll find out once VALORANT Patch 3.09 comes out in the near future.
