Minnesota Vikings running back Jerick McKinnon did the Atlanta Falcons dirty on Sunday.

You'll get the less than subtle joke right now …

There is the Vikings running back doing the Dirty Bird in Atlanta.

For those who weren't fully formed during the late 1990s, the Dirty Bird was a celebration the Falcons would often do after scoring touchdowns. It was mostly brought to fame by way of former Atlanta running back Jamal Anderson.

Anyway, the Vikings would upend the Falcons by the incredible score of 14-9.

In other interesting, but worthless news coming out of that game, the hash marks were a debacle. Thanks a lot, SEC Championship game!

“Due to the flip from last night's game, the hash marks were painted closer than normal,” the statement read. “The officials are aware and have a plan in place for marking the ball today. There will not be any issues that impact the game. Game operations in New York has also been consulted and is aware of the situation.”

Nevertheless, this was a huge game for both teams as the playoffs begin to quickly inch closer. The Vikings are now still in the hunt for a bye come the postseason, with the Falcons fighting for just a spot in the dance.
