DeMarcus Cousins will make his Golden State Warriors debut this Friday and believes that there will be a ton of emotions in his return.

After over a year of inaction due to a ruptured left Achilles tendon, the four-time All-Star will don the Warriors jersey for the first time on Friday against the LA Clippers.

It's not just Warriors fans who have been patiently waiting for his return. The rest of the NBA are hotly anticipating how Cousins will affect the defending champions' dynamic. For the 28-year-old, there a lot of emotions will be unleashed on Friday:

“It’ll be a lot of emotions, honestly,” Cousins said, per Connor Letourneau of SF Gate. “I don’t think anybody can ever understand this unless they’ve experienced it themselves. It’ll be a big day for me.”

Any fan of the NBA knows a thing or two about Cousins' raw and unfeigned feelings whenever he sets foot on the basketball court.

He's been the recipient of several technical fouls because of this, but this type of intensity has also powered him to be one of the best centers in the NBA.

Some even say that it's what also brought him to ink a one-year, $5.3 million deal with the Warriors — a ludicrous amount given the talent he possesses.

But with his debut just one day away, all the circumstances and controversies surrounding him are turning into trivial matters.

The rest of the NBA have their eyes peeled on how Cousins will co-exist with the back-to-back defending champions.
