Jeremy Lin signed with the Golden State Warriors' G-League affiliate Santa Cruz this past season and impressed in limited action, averaging just under 20 points per game. Unfortunately, a call back to the NBA never came.

While he still clearly wants to have another shot in the Association, Jeremy Lin is heading back to the China Basketball League for the time being. The former Knick announced on Friday that he'll be signing with the Beijing Ducks.

It was rather disappointing that Lin couldn't even get a 10-day deal with the Warriors. They definitely could've used some help off the bench but unfortunately, Jeremy Lin remained in the G-League.

As you read in his Twitter post, this isn't the end. Lin will surely still have hopes of returning to the league, however, that seems unlikely. Nonetheless, he was a star for Beijing before coming back to the US, averaging 22.3 points per night and serving as one of their best players.

There are still other options for Jeremy Lin elsewhere overseas as well. At 32-years of age, his career is far from over. It's definitely good to see him getting right back up on his feet and playing again despite seeing his NBA dreams crushed by the Warriors.

All the best to Jeremy Lin.
