Can the today’s Golden State Warriors beat the 1990s Chicago Bulls? We’ll never know the definitive answer to that, but that popular and ever-burning online topic did not stop Bulls legend Scottie Pippen from showing up at recent Golden State practice, per Kerith Burke of NBC.

The Warriors are back home after spending the past several days in Houston for Games 1 and 2 of the Western Conference finals against the Houston Rockets. The Warriors took the series opener with a 119-106 win, but failed to build on that victory, as they absorbed a 127-105 loss at the hands of James Harden and company.

There is no need for the Warriors to push the panic button as of the moment. After all, they’ve dropped a game in each of the previous two rounds in the playoffs. However, there are some issues they need to straighten out before it gets serious. Take for example Stephen Curry’s offense. The two-time league MVP is only averaging 17.0 points in the conference finals with an atrocious 15.4 3-point shooting percentage.

Adding a prime Scottie Pippen to this Warriors team would fill in any remaining gaps for the Warriors, but that’s also going to be just unfair.

In case you need photo evidence that Scottie Pippen was indeed at the said Warriors’ practice, here’s one showing the Hall of Famer with Steve Kerr.

The two won four NBA titles together with the Bulls in the ‘90s.
