It's Thursday and what a way to see a throwback with Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr showing he still got his shooting skills at 53 years old. Steve was filmed on video taking some shots before the start of Warriors practice.

During his time in the 1990s and in the early 2000s, Steve Kerr was known for his shooting, a dependable shooting guard who picks his spot and knocks down kick out passes from the likes of Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen with the Chicago Bulls and Tony Parker, Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili with the San Antonio Spurs.

Albeit coming off the bench all of his career, the career 45.4 percent 3-point shooter is very dependable in the clutch. He became more popular hitting the championship clinching mid-range jumper in the 1997 Finals coming from a pass from Jordan in the second of his three championships with the Bulls. He also spaced the floor for Duncan with the Spurs helping win two championships as well.

With the Warriors, the decorated player also has already won three championships as Head Coach in the last 4 seasons. We truly can see the competitive spirit in him which helps motivate his players. And although his lower body posture looks a bit stiff in the video, probably due to his hip injury, his shooting form still is effective knocking those shots. He still got is, and what a way to reminisce that game winning shot with a throwback in his very first shot on video, on that same spot.
