Warzone Door Kills players in new Warzone Season 4 Bug

New seasons and new updates will always have broken features and new bugs upon release, and this Warzone Door Kill Bug is among the wackiest.

Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 dropped on June 17th. Just like every season update, the developers present players with various new content. Oddly enough, there’s one specific ‘feature' that came with the latest season’s release that didn't seem to work the way it's supposed to. A door located in Verdansk instantly kills players that touch it. This bug counts towards the number of bugs that players have been experiencing with the new Season drop, which includes the Big Bertha invisibility bug.

A Warzone player posted on Reddit recently showcasing what it’s like to knock yourself out when hitting the seemingly harmless door in Salt Mine. People commenting on the Reddit post weren’t entirely sure as to why this is happening. Some speculate that it could have something to do with the red doors that have recently been added to the game. These mysterious red doors populate Verdansk and they teleport players to rooms filled with high-tier loot.

Warzone YouTuber Mr. Middi recently uploaded a video on his channel demonstrating what the red door does. In the video, he used the red door in Stadium, which then teleported him to a loot room in Salt Mine. As he continued to tour the viewers around the room, Mr. Middi opens one of the two exits in the area. When he opened the first exit door, we see the same objects and structures displayed in the Reddit video. Coincidence?

If we connect the dots, the playerbase’s speculation of the killer door having something to do with the red doors could be true. Maybe Warzone‘s door of doom is just protecting the powerful loot that the room possesses. Who knows? However, this is all just a theory. What we know so far is this is a frightening new Warzone glitch.

Warzone developers Raven Software hasn’t acknowledged the murderous door of doom yet. Given their track record, we bet they already know about the bug and are already working on a fix. We'll just have to wait a couple of days until it's fixed. As for now, be careful of suspicious-looking doors in Warzone, kids.
