Derek Ciapala and Michael Stewart begin the week with a renewed focus on the NFL draft. They address the holes that need to be filled on the roster and also whether or not the Rams are done in free agency. Finally, Mike announces some big career news, and Derek discusses the podcast logo change.
The show begins with Derek and Michael looking back on the moves of the week. They put a bow on the Clay Matthews and Malcolm Brown signings, especially the now clarified salary of the former Green Bay star. They also look at whether or not there will be any other possible signings in the free agency period.
The guys kick off the second segment looking at the positions likely to be addressed in the upcoming draft. Will the Rams trade back out of the first round? What positions have the most need? Mike and Derek start outlining the overall possible draft strategies.
Things get a little more fun in the third segment when Derek and Mike answer the first mailbag in a while. They also discuss the new logo and who had the most creative story for it as well as a huge announcement for Mike's future in this episode of Rams Talk Radio.
