The Philadelphia Eagles are a complete mess on and off of the field. Thus, making it possible that they could become buyers and sellers at the October 29th trade deadline. One team that should be aggressive at the deadline is the Minnesota Vikings.

The team is in the market for a big-play wideout and they could be looking to move Nelson Agholor to make room for someone else. In the event that Agholor is made available, the Vikings should be a team that expresses interest in the wide receiver.

Agholor is in the final year of his rookie contract after the Eagles picked up his fifth-year option prior to last season. Therefore, he would be a rental for the Vikings for the remainder of their schedule. But they are in need of some depth at the wide receiver position.

While Minnesota has gotten off to a 6-2 start, their passing attack has finally gotten into a rhythm. Kirk Cousins is spreading the ball around to Stefon Diggs, Adam Thielen, and his two tight ends; Kyle Rudolph and Irv Smith. Even Dalvin Cook has been a consistent receiving threat out of the backfield.

With that being said, the team could definitely use a third receiver in their offense. Currently, Bisi Johnson and Laquon Treadwell have served as the team's third and fourth options at the position.

Of course, Treadwell has been labeled a bust as he was a first-round pick by the Vikings in 2016. Additionally, Johnson is an undrafted rookie and has been an inconsistent option with his limited opportunities.

As for Agholor, he has served as one of Philadelphia's top pass-catchers since DeSean Jackson went down with an injury in Week 2. Over that span, USC product has caught just 23 passes for 243 yards and three touchdowns.

Since being drafted by the Eagles with the 20th overall pick of the 2015 NFL Draft, Agholor has been criticized for his effort on the field. There has even been a fan who poked fun at Agholor at the expense of catching babies out of a burning building.

At this point, it would be best for the Eagles and Agholor to part ways. Especially with him set to become a free agent at the end of the 2019 season. A wide-receiver needy team like the Vikings would be a perfect fit for the inconsistent wide receiver.

Sometimes a change of scenery can light a spark under a player who hasn't been able to put everything together. In addition, putting Agholor alongside Diggs and Thielen could help him develop into a formidable receiver.
