The Detroit Lions came into the “City of Brotherly Love” and edged the Philadelphia Eagles by the score of 27-24 on Sunday afternoon. Eagles wide receiver Nelson Agholor encountered quite the strange outing, catching two touchdown passses as well as a few drops. The veteran pass catcher was pretty hard on himself following the crushing loss.

“I left plays out there that I know I could’ve made and will make going forward, tough loss that hurts a lot because I know how hard we played,” Agholor recently tweeted. “I will be better and as a team we will be better moving forward.”

It is worth noting, though, that Agholor was nowhere near as hard on himself as a this local hero was in quite the pivotal moment…

However, it is also worth noting that the Eagles wide out took this in stride as this man is truly a hero. As a result of seeing this video on social media following Sunday's loss to the Lions, Agholor has since invited this man to the team's upcoming matchup against the New York Jets in Week 5.

The 1-2 Eagles will take on the undefeated Green Bay Packers in Week 4 as Philadelphia will be forced to get even on the road as the division-leading Dallas Cowboys currently sit at a perfect 3-0 on the year. While managing to defeat the lowly Washington Redskins in Week 1, which now feels like ages ago, the Eagles have since dropped consecutive games at the hands of the Atlanta Falcons and Lions.
