Washington Wizards guard Russell Westbrook may be struggling to make his free-throws this season, but he's not losing sleep over it.

Also, for those who are worried about his current shooting struggles from the charity stripe, the former MVP has a short but direct message: he's going to figure it out one way or another.

As Fred Katz of The Athletic noted, Westbrook is making a career-low 57.2 percent from the free-throw line. While his best FT shooting percentage is only 84.5 percent during the 2016-17 season, he has never went below 60 percent prior to 2020-21. His previous career low is  65.6, which he recorded during his final year with the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2018-19.

With the Houston Rockets last season, he made 76.3 percent of his freebies.

As the Wizards continue to struggle this 2020-21, Russell Westbrook's failure to convert the majority of his free throws can certainly be frustrating both for Russ, the team and their fans. After all, when fans and experts alike look to blame someone for a team's struggles, it's stats like this one that are often thrown to players.

For what it's worth, prior to Saturday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks, Westbrook was averaging 20.4 points, 9.4 rebounds and 9.8 assists per game. With that said, even though he is not producing as efficiently as before from the line, he is still finding ways to contribute–even if it is not leading to wins for the struggling Wizards franchise.
