Just when it felt like the Washington Wizards were somewhat turning a corner, they get blown out by the struggling Cleveland Cavaliers.

This wasn't just any defeat, as it was supposed to be an easy win, and their third straight in the current four-game road trip. Unfortunately for the Wizards, the Cavs had other plans.

Following the 116-101 loss, Wizards star Bradley Beal did not mince words, and made his feelings abundantly clear.

“This game was unacceptable on many fronts,” Beal said, via ESPN. “We've got to be disciplined. We didn't come out with the same focus we had the last three games.”

Beal did his part for the Wizards on Saturday, scoring 27 points (on 12-of-25 shooting), along with two three-pointers, four rebounds, five assists, and one steal in 33 minutes of action. Nonetheless, it turned out that his efforts were all in vain.

Washington head coach Scott Brooks was equally upset, pointing out that his team did not display the right attitude throughout the contest.

“I'm disappointed that our mindset wasn't right,” coach Scott Brooks said. “We gave up everything they wanted. We didn't have the right mindset.”

The Wizards started off slow yet again in this one, falling behind by 13 points bu the end of the first quarter. The Cavs were the hungrier side on the evening, and they showed that they wanted the W more.

With the loss, the Wizards are now 11-15, and are currently one game behind the eighth-seeded Orlando Magic in the East. The team will look to bounce back on Monday night when they face off against the Indiana Pacers in the fourth and final game of this current road trip.
