Washington Wizards back up center Montrezl Harrell showed off his vertical Wednesday, as he skied over Minnesota TWolves' Naz Reid for a one handed finish.

During the first quarter between the Wizards and TWolves, Washington point guard Spencer Dinwiddie got into the lane and tossed one up for Harrell.

To use the metaphor from the film “White Men Can't Jump,” Harrell went to the fifth floor but dropped Naz Reid off at the 3rd. Harrell leaped over and above Reid, and practically threw the ball in the basket.

Harrell since entering the league in 2015-2016 season, has been known as one of the most athletic big men in the game. He dominated college basketball at Louisville, including helping the Cardinal win a National Championship in 2013. Sadly, that was later vacated.

TWolves big man Naz Reid has a similar build, but clearly not quite the same hops.

Harrell has been arguably the best player on the court Wednesday night, leading his team in scoring at halftime with 15 points. He has a couple boards and assists to go with it. The only player who has scored more is of course Karl Anthony-Towns on the other side.

The Wizards are looking to continue their hot start to the season. Entering Wednesday, they are 13-8 and sit tied for 3rd in the Eastern Conference with the Miami Heat and Milwaukee Bucks.
