Week 12 of the fantasy baseball season is right around the corner. The season is gaining steam now and this is a crucial time for fantasy baseball managers. Between injuries and underperformance, streaming pitchers can make or break a matchup. Today, we are looking at the five best two-start pitchers for Week 12 of the fantasy baseball season.

Rules: Each pitcher listed will qualify as a streamer, meaning they are rostered in 60 percent or less of leagues according to Yahoo fantasy baseball. Each pitcher will also be scheduled to make two starts this week. It should be noted that MLB do change the order of their rotation from time to time, so fantasy baseball managers should keep an eye on that moving closer to Week 12.

Here are the top Week 12 two-start pitcher streamers.

2022 Fantasy Baseball Week 12 Two-Start Pitcher Streamers

George Kirby, SEA, 53% Rostered

Matchups: vs. BAL, vs. OAK

George Kirby is an exciting young Mariners pitcher who has a great two-start week ahead. Kirby will take on the underwhelming Orioles on Monday before facing the lowly A's later in the week.

Kirby hasn't surrendered more than 3 runs in his previous 5 starts. He pitched 6 innings in four of those 5 outings as well. He most recently shutout the A's over 6 innings in a winning effort while striking out 6.

George Kirby is the most favorable streamer this week. Pick him up ASAP if available in your fantasy baseball league.

Erick Fedde, WSH, 3% Rostered

Matchups: vs. PIT, vs. MIA

Erick Fedde is one of those guys who is purely a streamer. But he has been an effective pitcher streamer over the past few weeks. Over his previous 3 outings, Fedde has allowed just 6 total runs. He most recently blanked the Orioles over 6 innings and earned a victory.

Fedde gets a dream two-start fantasy baseball Week 12 with home matchups against the Nationals and Marlins. And he will likely be available unless you play in an extremely deep league. Erick Fedde is worth a shot in Week 12.

Jose Quintana, PIT, 12% Rostered

Matchups: @ WSH, vs. MIL

Jose Quintana has worked into the 6th inning in each of his past two starts. He limited the Cubs to just two runs over 6 innings in his last outing, and held the Giants to 3 runs over 5.1 two starts ago.

The left-hander gets a date with the Nationals early in Week 12 before taking on the Brewers to cap off the week. He should be able to fare well while producing a decent amount of strikeouts. Go ahead and take a chance on Quintana.

Devin Smeltzer, MIN, 15% Rostered

RECOMMENDED (Article Continues Below)

Matchups: @ CLE, vs. BAL

Devin Smeltzer is fresh off of a dominant outing against the Guardians that saw him work 6 innings of scoreless baseball. Despite striking out only 3 hitters, he consistenly limited hard contact. Smeltzer gets the Guardians once again in Week 12 before a very friendly matchup vs. the Orioles later in the week.

Smeltzer isn't a high strikeout guy. However, he could realistically provide your fantasy baseball team with 12 quality innings this week. He is worth a shot as a pitcher streamer.

John Heasley, KC, 3% Rostered

Matchups: vs. TEX, @ DET

John Heasley is our final streamer recommendation. He held a potent Angels lineup to 4 runs over 5 innings in his last outing. No, that isn't exceptional by any means. However, he gets a far more enticing couple of matchups in Week 12.

However, Heasley is intriguing for more than just his matchups. The Royals pitcher features strikeout potential. He struck out 7 in a recent start against Baltimore. So Heasley should be able to provide your team with a decent amount of strikeouts against the Rangers and a Tigers team that has endured a historically dreadful offensive season.
