Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers isn't done making moves, especially off the field. In an interview last week, Rodgers claimed that he is already looking forward to having a child of his own after his recent engagement with his fiancée Shailene Woodley.

Via TMZ Sports:

“I just think it'd be so fun,” Rodgers said of being a dad. “I've dreamt about what that would be like and I'm really excited about that chapter whenever that comes.”

“I've done a pretty good job taking care of myself for the last 37 years,” Rodgers said. “I look forward to taking care of another life at some point too.”

The couple managed to keep their year-long dating status under the radar and away from the public eye. Their relationship was eventually revealed when Aaron Rodgers announced his engagement with Woodley during the NFL Honors event when he accepted the third NFL MVP award of his career.

According to TMZ, Rodgers isn't really keen on having a baby in the ‘immediate future' but remains to be excited about the plan regardless. The 2020 season has been a bittersweet campaign for Rodgers after he racked up one of the best statistical seasons of his career to solidify his spot as the QB1 of the Packers moving forward.

Though they didn't get to reach the Super Bowl stage in 2020, the milestones that Aaron Rodgers is achieving in his personal life would definitely suffice for his team's struggles on the field.

Hopefully, the added thrill of being a family man will get to inspire Aaron Rodgers to do even better as he heads to his 17th season in the league next season.
