Natalia ‘Alinity’ Mogollon wants Twitch to have a tougher hand when it comes to repeat offenders on Twitch.

Alinity took to Twitter on Tuesday, tweeting: “So is Twitch gonna do something about repeat offenders? Or is it fair game for everyone to start stretching the TOS as thin as they can?”

She then follows up, acknowledging that she may have benefitted from blurred lines before. However, she says she's more concerned about fairness, and for Twitch to make their Terms of Service mean something. “We need consistency and equal treatment,” says Alinity. “What's the point of the TOS then?”

Her comments follow the second banning of fellow Twitch streamer Indiefoxx within just the month of June. That brings her total number of bans up to six just this year. She, along with Amouranth, faced controversy in the ASMR Twitch meta issue, where Twitch streamers perform sexually explicit ASMR live streams. While their ASMR content were explicit audibly, the visual aspect was not – or at least not enough to get tagged as nudity or sexual content.

Indiefoxx, on the other hand, has not commented on her recent bans yet. She retains her Twitch Partner status, and all of her bans so far have only been implemented for three days or less.

Alinity believes that sexual content that go around Twitch's TOS will only worsen on the platform if the company wouldn't implement stricter measures. Fellow Twitch streamer Pokimane thinks so, too, saying that the situation is a ticking time bomb.
