EA finally told us when they plan to reveal the new Battlefield 6 game. The announcement was made through a simple tweet with a ten-second teaser showing the date June 9, 2021. This confirms people's assumptions about a cryptic tweet the account made some time ago.
Just to avoid any confusion, this date will be the reveal date and not the release date. We'll likely find out the actual release date on June 9, but sources point towards a Holiday 2021 release.
EA and developer DICE have generally been quiet about the new game so far. However, information about the game has made its way to fans thanks to leaks. One of the major leaks for Battlefield 6 includes the reveal trailer itself. While this surely made people aware of the arrival of Battlefield 6, such leaks may dampen the excitement of people for official announcements and reveal events.
